missing tennis

Not only are Sally-Ann and I business partners, we're also tennis partners and today she's playing with a reserve due to my bad back. Having had 4 days on the lounge, it gives you plenty of time to think about all the things you want to do. I spend alot of time organising my home and work, but shortly I'll be closer to 50 than 40 and I've got to reorganise my time to fit in some serious fitness work. Once I find the time and slot it into my daily schedule I've got to stick with it until it becomes a habit. If you've got a routine that's working for you, PLEASE let me know. I've got to learn to put myself FIRST for a change because I feel it's now or never. T
